Orange  All standard retrying jobs are produced in this compound.

 

Green  Polyurethane for extreme loads being moved at slow speeds (Rotary Plant jobs).

 

Red  High Load Polyurethane for use on drive wheels providing high traction characteristics.

 

Maroon  Super High Load Polyurethane for use on 24/7 applications.

 

Black  Polyurethane in a soft shore hardness that mimics many of the characteristics of rubber but offers an extended work life and high grip properties.

 

Blue  Cold store polyurethane for wheels running in temperatures up to -26 degrees.

 

Size range on Polyurethane products is unlimited. Bespoke rebonding is also available, for example some of our customers use blocks and tubes of polyurethane for a variety of applications.
